EICKHOFF is a very successful manufacturer of high-quality wind turbine gearboxes. Originally starting out with gearboxes, machine carriers and rotor hubs for 50 and 100 kW plants, we have since extended our delivery range to gearboxes with a rated capacity of 2.5 MW.

We are also in a position to deliver rotor hubs in the 600 kW performance range.

Thanks to over a decade of experience in the construction of low-noise gearboxes, EICKHOFF hold a leading position as a gearbox producer world-wide. The wind energy plant with the lowest noise level world-wide is equipped with an EICKHOFF gearbox.

EICKHOFF also offers support in planning, conception and processing of the drive phase. Part of the delivery is the complete calculation for the certification of gearboxes, rotor hubs and components.

As a long-standing member of a research association specialising in gearbox technology, one of the leading associations of its kind world-wide, EICKHOFF has access to the latest developments in the world of gearing products and to the association’s computer programs.
