Mining Gearboxes

As a market leader in mining equipment used in the cutting extraction industry, EICKHOFF naturally offers heavy duty gearboxes to power face conveyors in the EP range – a two-step planetary gearbox – as well as the EKP range with its three-step straight bevel planetary gearboxes.

EICKHOFF chain conveyor gearboxes are built up to size 65, and the high performance gearboxes have a capacity of up to 650 kNm.

EICKHOFF chain conveyor gearboxes are extremely compact and offer technical features like integrated cooling water chambers in the sector of the high velocity drive range and exchangeable clutch gearing according to DIN 5480 in the sector of the main drive pinion stage. A comprehensive assortment of accessories to monitor gearbox cooling and lubrication round off the range.

EICKHOFF also supplies to the mining industry, gearboxes for conveyors with or without return stop as well as complete conveyors incl. e-engine, turbo clutch, disk brake, mounted on oscillating cranks.
